‘Cats destroy La Crosse

The 3A Ellsworth Bearcats vanquished 1A La Crosse, 42-22, Friday at Shanelec Field, in Ellsworth. The Bearcats scored on a 24-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Zak Schneider to slotback Kaden Davis at the 5:22 mark of the first quarter. The Leopards denied the PAT points to give the ‘Cats a 6-0 first quarter lead.
