Sub-State Volleyball results

THE LADY OILERS WIN THIRD TRIP TO 2A STATE

ST. JOHN --- The top-ranked and defending 2A champs earned the right to defend their title at the 3A State tournament in Emporia.

The Lady O’s placed third in 2014 and claimed the title in 2015.

BELOIT --- The Lady ‘Cats defeated Sterling in the first match, but eventual tournament champion Hesston quashed Ellsworth’s bid in the quarterfinal match in Beloit.

WILSON ---  The Lady Dragons of Wilson defeated Chase in the first match and fought second-ranked and arch-rival Sylvan-Lucas Unified literally point-for-point in two games, but lost to the Lady Mustangs in the quarterfinals.
