Commissioners set sales tax vote

A meeting of the minds of sorts took place during the Oct. 19 meeting of the Ellsworth County Medical Center board of directors. Ellsworth County commissioners Kermit Rush, Terry Kueser and Al Oller discussed their proposed plan to transfer the payment on the hospital building fund into escrow in December.
