Hearings set in two local cases
Preliminary hearings in two prominent criminal cases have been scheduled for December in Ellsworth County District Court.

A preliminary hearing of 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, has been set for 35 year-old Alberto J. Garcia y Tapia of St. John, after the case was continued from Oct. 19.
