SHCF student grants open
The Smoky Hills Charitable Foundation is accepting scholarship applications for the 2017-18 school year. SHCF manages eight unique scholarships that serve students in Ellsworth County. They are:
• Charles and Velma Westerman Scholarship for graduating high school seniors or graduates from Ellsworth High School.
• Dawn L. Pruitt Memorial Scholarship for graduating high school seniors or graduates from Ellsworth High School.
