NOTICE OF HEARING

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on February 17, 2017, a Petition was filed in this Court by Wanda M. Deming, Executor of the Estate of Earl F. Deming, deceased, requesting that the foreign will of Earl F. Deming, deceased, dated February 10, 2015, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; no administration of the Estate is necessary; the will be construed, and the following Kansas real estate owned by the decedent,  situated in Ellsworth County, Kansas:
    
An undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in and to the
Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twelve (12),
Township Seventeen (17), Range Nine (9),
Ellsworth County, Kansas

One-half of all minerals and oil and gas royalties
obtained by the  Violet Lucille Deming, a/k/a
Violet L. Deming, deceased, on the North Half (N/2)
of Section Twelve (12), Township Seventeen (17),
Range Nine (9), Ellsworth County, Kansas, from the
Estate of Dorothy Gilkinson, deceased in
Case No. 96-P-25 in the District Court of Ellsworth
County, Kansas, which includes a .00582230 Royalty
interest in the Lorraine LKC Unit as filed of record
in the Register of Deeds office of Ellsworth County,
Kansas

be assigned in accordance with the terms of the Will.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before March 16, 2017, at 9:30 o’clock A.M. in the District Court, in the City of Ellsworth, in Ellsworth County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard.  Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
