NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Bryant Baecht an heir of Larry L. Baecht, deceased, requesting:
Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Ellsworth County, Kansas:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4)
of Section Two (2), Township Fifteen (15) South,
Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M. in Ellsworth
County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the West section line eight
hundred fifty-six and forty hundredths (856.40’) feet
South of the NW corner of said section; thence East
at right angles for a distance of two hundred twenty
(220’) feet to a point; thence North at right angles
for a distance of one hundred ninety-eight (198’) feet
to a point; thence East at right angles for a distance
of one hundred ten (110’) feet to a point; thence South
parallel to the West section line for a distance of
seven hundred ninety-two (792’) feet to a point;
thence West at right angles for a distance of three
hundred thirty (330’) feet to a point on the West line of
Section 2; thence North along section line for a
distance of five hundred ninety-four (594’) feet to the
point of beginning. The above described tract contains
5.0 acres more or less.
and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by decedent at the time of death. And that such property and all personal property and other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before April 20, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. in the City of Ellsworth, Ellsworth County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
