Rains bring much-needed "moisture to the region"

After a winter without significant moisture, Ellsworth County received general rains that amounted to three inches or more over the course of the past week.

As a result, Ellsworth County commissioners met in a special session March 30 to rescind burn ban resolution 17R06 that they implemented March 6.
