YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Mortgage Foreclosure has been filed in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas by Finance of America Reverse, LLC f/k/a Urban Financial of America, LLC successor by merger to Urban Financial Group, Inc., praying for foreclosure of certain real property legally described as follows:
LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH SIX (6), INCLUSIVE AND THE NORTH HALF (N1/2) OF LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED SIX (106), IN THE CITY OF KANOPOLIS, ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS, (“PROPERTY”)
and for an in rem judgment against Defendants Felecia A. Bosquez Raymond A. Bosquez The Known and Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Creditors and Assigns of Felecia A. Bosquez, Deceased Raymond Bosquez and any other interested parties and you are hereby required to plead to the Petition for Foreclosure on or before June 15, 2017 at Ellsworth County, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the request of plaintiff.
