Too hot? No sweat. Gym to receive AC

The Ellsworth Junior/ Senior High School gymnasium and wrestling rooms should be air conditioned by the fall of 2017 following a special early morning meeting of the Ellsworth-Kanopolis-Geneseo school board April 26 at the district office in Ellsworth.

USD 327 superintendent Dale Brungardt presented three bids to the board: Glassman Corporation of Hays, $138,025; Pestingers of Salina, $131,000; B&B Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning of Ellsworth, $94,442.
