THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED;
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Timothy R. Keenan, attorney for Stephanie Gregory, praying that the foreign Will of Douglas W. Smith, also known as Douglas Warren Smith, and also known as Douglas Smith, deceased, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; that no administration of this estate is necessary; that the Will be construed, and that the following described interest in the following described Kansas real estate:
    Undivided one-ninth (1/9th) remainder interest
    in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
    (S/2 NW/4) of Section Thirty-two (32),
    Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Ten
    (10) West, Ellsworth County, Kansas,
owned by the decedent, be assigned in accordance with the terms of  the Will.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 21st day of September, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., of said day, in said Court, in the City of Ellsworth, in Ellsworth County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.  Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
