CITY OF ELLSWORTH BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Dear Property Owner:
The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on September 27, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider approving a Preliminary Re-Subdivision Plat in a Multiple Family Dwelling Family District (M-3) District; Requirements within 200’of property being proposed for subdividing or re-subdividing and 1,000’ of the property where the lot or tract will border on lands outside the city boundary.
