You are notified that a Petition has been filed in District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas, by Judith Watson Zwillich, Trustee of the Judith Watson Zwillich Trust dated February 8, 2013, seeking an order Partitioning and Quieting Title in and to the following described property located in Ellsworth County, Kansas:
Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Twenty-three
(23), Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Nine
(9) West of the 6th p.m.
And you are hereby required to plead to the Petition on or before Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
