NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF ELLSWORTH BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Dear Property Owner:
 The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday April 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider granting a Conditional Use Permit Request for the purpose of allowing a home business to operate in a Residential District (R-1) and allow a structure less than the 10 foot minimum for sideyard and backyard setback requirements variance.
A site location map and proposed lot layout is included with this notice.
