NOTICE — PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Ellsworth Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 28, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 121 W. 1st Street, Ellsworth, Kansas to consider granting a Rezoning Change Request from Residential – 3 (R-3) District to Industrial -1 (I-1) District; for the purpose of expanding the city’s Industrial Zoning to include property currently zoned Residential.
A site location map and proposed lot layout is included with this notice.
Applicant: Smoky Hill Development Corporation
The property Rezoning Request being considered is described as follows:
