Central Expwy #560, Dallas, TX 75206 or fax 214.367.3861 on the impact of the proposed action on any districts, sites, buildings, structures or objects significant in American history, archaeology, engineering or culture that are listed or determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places under National Historic Preservation Act Section 106.

NOW UPON THIS 9th Day of April, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners of Ellsworth County, Kansas, are regularly met in a scheduled session, with a quorum present, and
WHEREAS it is brought to the attention of the Board that the time requirements set out and agreed to in Ellsworth County Resolution 17R19 are no longer necessary and it in the best interest of all parties to rescind said resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AFTER MOTION TO RESCIND ELLSWORTH COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 17R19, AND UNANIMOUS VOTE IN FAVOR OF RECISSION, THAT THE RESOLUTION BE RESCINDED MAINTAINING HOWEVER THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN ELLWORTH COUNTY RESOLUTION NO. 16R17.
