Nancy LaVene Lyne (1937-2018)

Nancy LaVene Lyne, 80, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Nicol Home in Glasco. She was born Dec. 27, 1937 in Beloit to Harold and Berdella (McKnight) Wrench.

Nancy married Virgil Dean Lyne in Ellsworth on March 10, 1957. The couple moved to Minneapolis in 1976 where Nancy was a CNA at Twilight Years and Good Samaritan Center. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Ellsworth.

Nancy is survived by her sons, David (Linda) Lyne of Lincoln, and Jerrold (Jataner) Lyne of Enterprise; daughters, Rosella “Susie” Drayer of Salina and Wanda Penn of Minneapolis; sisters, Linda (Harlan) Enlow of Las Vegas, NV, Maxine Motes of Beloit, and Vicki Garst of Topeka; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Virgil; daughter, Beverly Ann Lyne; son, George Lyne; sister, Marlene Watson; and brother, Charles Wrench.

A registered voter who is "unaffiliated' may affiliate during this period, or also when requesting an advance ballot through our office or when voting at their polling site during the primary election.
This change for the unaffiliated voter will remain as such (to Democrat or Republican) until it is changed in writing through our office.
