ELLSWORTH COUNTY, SS:
I, Shelly D. Vopat, Ellsworth County Election Officer, State of Kansas, do hereby give notice that a Primary Election will be held in the City of Kanopolis on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.
Kanopolis City Mayor will be voted on in the Primary Election.  The polling place listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Being a resolution Adopted by the Governing Body
of the City of Wilson, Declaring as a Health Nuisance Conditions Existing on Private Property located within the City of Wilson,  Ellsworth County, Kansas.

Whereas, The Board of Health inspected the following described tracts, to wit:
    Fractional part (North 43 feet) Lot one (1),
    two (2), three (3), and four (4) in Block five (5)
    of the City of Bosland now the original city,
    in the City of Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas,
    commonly referred to as 2504 Ave E , and
