ORDINANCE NO. 832

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN INCREASE IN USER CHARGE SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF WILSON, COUNTY
OF ELLSWORTH, STATE OF KANSAS, TO PROVIDE FUNDS NEEDED TO PAY FOR OPERATION,
MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT, AND ALL EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CITY’S WASTEWATER
TREATMENT WORKS.

WHEREAS, the City of Wilson, Kansas, constructed Wastewater Treatment Works: and
WHEREAS, the City must pay operation and maintenance and all expenses associated with said Treatment Works and charge the users of said Treatment Works accordingly;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT, ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Wilson, Kansas, that the following user charge system is established as a part of the Sewer Utility Fund of the City.
Section 1. Ordinance No. 713 Section 4.2 is hereby repealed.

BEING AN ORDINANCE INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE THE KANSAS STANDARD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE FOR KANSAS CITIES, 2016 EDITION, HERETOFORE ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF WILSON, WILSON, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF WILSON, ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS.
Section 1. Standard Traffic Ordinance. There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of regulating traffic upon the highways of the City of Wilson, that certain standard traffic ordinance known as "The Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities" 2016 Edition is amended, revised, and prepared in book form by the League of Kansas Municipalities, Topeka, Kansas.

BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM PUBLIC OFFENSE CODE FOR KANSAS CITIES, 2016 EDITION, HERETOFORE
ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF WILSON, WILSON, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF WILSON, ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS.
Section 1. Uniform Public Offense Code. There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of regulating public offenses within the corporate limits of the City of Wilson, Ellsworth County, Kansas, that certain public offense code known as "Uniform Public Offense Code" 2016 Edition as amended, revised, prepared and published in book form by the League of Kansas Municipalities, Topeka, Kansas.

ORDINANCE NO. 598

BEING AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE OF THE MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST EACH USER OF THE SANITARY SEWAGE
DISPOSAL SYSTEM AND THE SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT OF THE CITY OF HOLYROOD,
ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF HOLYROOD, ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS THAT:
SECTION 1.  The service charge to be paid the City of Holyrood, Ellsworth County, Kansas for the use of the Sewage Disposal System and Sewage Disposal Plant for each month or fraction thereof shall be as follows:
1.  Family residences shall be nineteen dollars and no cents ($19.00). The increase shall take effect on August 1, 2016.  The rate will increase to twenty dollars and no cents ($20.00) on January 1, 2017.
