Fair supporters deserve congratulations Dear Editor, Another Ellsworth Co. 4-H Fair has come and gone. I would like to congratulate all of the By By Alan Rusch Ellsworth County I-RWILSON — Residents of the Czech Capital of Kansas collectively shouted“We are Wilson” July 23 through Saturday, with a combination of new and traditional events designed to please both young and old alike at Wilson’s 55th annual After Harvest Czech Festival. This year’s festival once again ran forthree days. Although visitors had to deal with triple-digit temperatures and high humidity, Czech Fest officials were pleased with the results. “I think the parade was a hit,” said Czech Fest Committee chairperson Kayla Cullens late Saturday afternoon. “A lot of people came out for that. And the parkwas packed this afternoon.”
