Ellsworth City

Water line decision postponed

By Linda Mowery-Denning

To quote the late Yogi Berra, “It was like deja vu all over again.”
After a 10-year absence from City Hall, Scott Moore officially returned Monday as Ellsworth city administrator.
At least two members of the audience joined Mayor John Whitmer in welcoming him back. Moore replaces Tim Vandall, who left earlier this year for a job in Lansing. The city has been without a city administrator for three months.
There was no new business, only a continuation of issues the council has discussed before.
