There are certain things that separate the midwesterners from others in our country. It could be our family values or a little hint of a “drawl.” It could be our resistance, however small or large for hot and humid summers. It could also be our love for baseball, apple pie and a Chevrolet. There is one other thing we know well and that are storms. Storms that encompass snow, hail, thunder and the ultimate — tornados.
