BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATED TO THE COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELLSWORTH, ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF ELLSWORTH, ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. COMPENSATION OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
a) The compensation of the Mayor shall not exceed $2,400.00 per annum;
b) The compensation of the Councilmembers shall not exceed $1,800.00 per annum;
c) The retainer of City Health Officer shall not exceed $500.00 per annum;
d) The compensation of full time employees shall be:

City Administrator                        $3,500.00         $9,200.00
City Clerk                                     $2,550.00         $5,500.00

OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RESOLUTION
FOR A WIND POWER PROJECT KNOWN
AS THE “CROSS-COUNTY WIND PROJECT”
IN ELLSWORTH COUNTY, KANSAS

Notice is hereby given that Cross-County Wind, LLC has petitioned for approval of a Conditional Use Permit Resolution and Wind Energy Development District for the purpose of constructing and operating the proposed Cross-County Wind Project, with an anticipated capacity of up to six hundred megawatts (600 MW), to be located in the Townships of Noble, Black Wolf, Palacky, Lincoln, Ash Creek, Empire (West), Valley, Green Garden, Thomas, Trivoli, and Langley  in Ellsworth County, Kansas.
