Joseph and Debbie Willingham, Louisburg, and Alan and Kristi Doubrava, Ellsworth, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Kelsey Louise Willingham and Matthew Alan Doubrava, both of Kansas City, Mo.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Roy and JoAnn Willingham, who lived at Sebring, Fla., and Louise Lane, LaFayette, Ga., and the late Bomar Noles, Sr., who lived at LaFayette.
The groom's grandparents are Nina Doubrava, Ellsworth, the late Ernie Doubrava, who lived at Ellsworth, and the late Irvin and Dixie Unruh, Jr., who lived at Larned.
Kelsey is a 2007 graduate of Louisburg High School, a 2011 graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, and a 2014 graduate of Rockhurst University with a Master's of Business Administration degree. She is employed with Scout Investments as a marketing coordinator.
